Feliciana sweet potato muffins

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sweet potatoes; cooked
1 cup Biscuit mix
1 cup Raisin bran cereal
¼ cup Honey
⅓ cup Sugar
¼ Stick butter
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg
2 Eggs
½ cup Pecans; optional

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
