Feurige bananensuppe (fiery banana soup)

Ingredients

1 Onion
1 Chili pepper
2 tablespoons Thomy Sunflower Oil
2 teaspoons Orange zest
100 millilitres Orange juice
400 millilitres Water
½ Cube of Maggi Clear soup -
Bouillon
200 millilitres Maggi ketchup
3 Bananas

Directions

Peel and dice the onion. Cut the chili lengthwise, remove the seeds, then cut into long strips. In a pot heat 1T oil. Add the chili and onion and brown. Take the orange juice, zest and water and add to the pot; bring it to a boil. Add the bouillon cube half. Stir in the ketchup and let it simmer. Peel 2 of the bananas and cut into slices. With a mixer puree the soup. Take the remaining banana; peel and slice it. in a small frying pan add 1t of oil and heat it. Fry the banana slices on both sides. serve the soup and use the fried banana slices for garnish From:Maggi Kochstudio Journal Nr1.
