| 1 | pack | Taco seasoning |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| ½ | cup | Red taco sauce |
| 10 | (6\") corn tortillas | |
| 2 | packs | Frozen chopped spinach, |
| Thawed and partly drained | ||
| 3 | cups | Shredded Montery Jack |
| ½ | cup | Chopped cooked ham |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
Directions
Cook beef and onion is tender; drain. Add taco seasoning and water, simmering for 10 minutes.
Cover bottom of 12X8X2" baking dish with ½ cup taco sauce; coat five tortillas on both sides with sauce and cover dish, overlapping as necessary.
Stir one package spinach into meat and spread over tortillas. Sprinkle half the cheese over the top. Cover with remaining tortillas; spread with remaining taco sauce. Sprinkle with ham; cover with sour cream.
