Five spices marinade for bbq spareribs

Five spices
1 Clove garlic

Directions

1. Cut a garlic clove in two; rub its cut surfaces over the spareribs.

2. Rub Five Spices over the meat. Let stand 1 hour; then roast.

NOTE: Allow about ½ teaspoon Five Spices per pound of meat.
