Five spices marinade for barbecued pork

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Five spices
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sherry

Directions

1. Combine sugar, Five Spices, salt and pepper. Rub mixture over pork strips and let stand 2 hours.

2. Add soy sauce and sherry and toss. Let stand 30 minutes more, turning frequently. Then roast.
