Stock-soy marinade f0r bbq spareribs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Cloves garlic
2 slices Fresh ginger root
1 cup Stock
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Sherry

Directions

1. Mince garlic and ginger root; then combine with remaining ingredients.

2. Add to spareribs and marinate.

VARIATIONS:

1. For the white sugar, substitute brown sugar.

2. Add 3 tablespoons honey and 3 tablespoons vinegar.

3. Add ½ cup catsup and 1 teaspoon salt.
