Flank steak marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
¾ cup Oil

Directions

Whisk together until thickened and well blended. Pour over flank steak and pierce steak all over on both sides. Marinade steak for 12 to 24 hours.

Barbeque for a total of 8 to 10 minutes. To serve, slice thinly across the grain.
