Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Wine vinegar |
| 1 | Garlic clove, chopped | |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| 1 | Flank steak | |
Directions
Combine first five ingredients and marinate flank steak in the mixture for 5 or 6 hours. BBQ until still pink in the center; never cook flank steak well as it will be tough and dry.
Cut across the grain in thin slices to serve.
