Round steak marinade

2 3/4 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Oil, salad
1 cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Vinegar, wine
½ cup Onion, minced
1 Garlic clove; minced
¼ cup Ginger, candied; chopped
½ teaspoon Black pepper; coarsely grnd
½ teaspoon Mustard, dry

Directions

Combine all ingredients and pour over steak in a flat dish. Cover dish and leave in refrigerator overnight. To grill meat, remover from marinade and drain well. Use marinade to baste meat as it cooks.
