¾ | cup | Ketchup; (up to 1) |
½ | cup | Onion |
½ | cup | Sugar |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Corn Oil |
Directions
I enjoy making my own Salad Dressings. They taste so much better then anything you buy in the store. And they are fairly easy to make.
This originally called for Lemon Juice. But you can't buy lemons or Lemon juice down here so I substituted Lime juice. You can definite taste the fruity taste of the lime (more so then a lemon) Its kind light and refreshing. I really liked it.
Just quarter a small onion, add it and everything else to the blender and blend until smooth.
I am looking for a sweet and sour Salad dressing recipe. If anyone has one or an outstanding salad dressing recipe please post it here. They are so easy to make and yet people are so impressed when you say I made the dressing myself. Try it at your next dinner.
