Fresh fruit compote

2 | Apples | |
2 | Pears | |
1 | Persimmon | |
1 | pack | Raspberries, frozen, sweet. |
¼ | cup | Orange juice |
¼ | cup | Kirschwasser (optional) |
Directions
Cut up fresh apples, pears and persimmon. Place in a bowl.
Defrost raspberries, drain and add to bowl. Stir gently to mix.
Pour orange juice and kirsch over all. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
NOTE: You may substitute any fresh fruit in season to prepare this compote.
