Fresh fruit in raspberry grand marnier sauce

⅔ | cup | Fresh raspberries |
1 | tablespoon | Orange juice; plus 1 teaspoon |
2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Orange rind; grated |
1 | cup | Strawberries; sliced |
1 | cup | Green grapes |
2 | teaspoons | Grand Marnier |
2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
Directions
Pure the raspberries in the blender, using a little water if necessary.
Strain to remove any seeds. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and orange rind to the pure. Toss the strawberries and grapes with the Grand Marnier and sugar. Let marinate for 1 hour. To serve, place the strawberries and grapes in 4 individual dessert dishes. Pour equal portions of raspberry sauce on top.
