Fresh sorrel mayonnaise

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Very fresh plain yogurt
½ cup Low fat mayonnaise
½ pounds Fresh sorrel; stems removed
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 Garlic clove; finely chopped
1 dash Cayenne

Directions

In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients together well.

Yield: 1½ cups.
