Fresh tomatillo salsa/knowles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 larges Tomatillos, husks removed, minced
1 large Tomato, peeled and chopped
½ large Onion, peeled and minced to
4 Sprigs fresh cilantro
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Hot chili pepper, minced
x Optional: 1/2 avocado, peeled and minced
x Salt to taste

Directions

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Serve as a dip with chips or as a sauce for meat and tacos
