Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Ground chuck
½ pounds Lean pork
5 slices Fresh bread
2 teaspoons Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 Eggs
2 cups Milk
3 tablespoons Margarine
1 can Cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Grind beef and pork together twice. Remove crusts from bread and tear in small pieces. Mix all ingredients except margarine together thoroughly and drop from a teaspoon into hot margarine. Brown meat bits and place in a casserole. Heat soup with 1 can of water and pour over meatballs and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-23-95
