1 3\" piece peeled ginger
2 tablespoons Flour
Oil
Salt

Directions

Julienne the ginger into very thin matchstick pieces. Toss with the flour. Heat 1-inch of oil until hot in a small skillet over medium heat. Fry ginger until crisp, about 1 min. Drain and salt while warm.

Use as a garnish.
