Ginger vinegar

2 cups vineg

2 cups White wine or white vinegar
½ cup Peeled chopped gingerroot

Directions

Shake vinegar and gingerroot in tightly covered glass jar or bottle.

Store in cool, dry place 10 days. Strain vinegar.
