1 Onion-chopped
6 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Salt
1 Clove garlic-minced
1 Egg, 2 water & 4 oil mixed together
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Bread crumbs

Directions

From : Sallie Krebs, Thu 06 Jul 95 04:00, Area: COOKING Combine onions, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, sugar and paprika. Marinate the pheasant pieces in this mixture for three hours. Dip the pheasant in the bread crumbs and then in the egg mixture. Fry pheasant until slightly brown on all sides. Place in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 375 oven for one hour.
