1 cup Stuffing-seasoned
½ cup Butter-melted
cup Parmesan
Cheese
¼ cup Parsley

Directions

From : Sallie Krebs, Thu 06 Jul 95 04:00, Area: COOKING Combine fresh crushed stuffing, cheese and parsley. Dip pheasant pieces in butter and roll in stuffing mixture. Arrange pieces, skin side up, in a shallow pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and butter.

Bake in a 375 oven for one hour or until tender.
