Fried red pepper dipping sauce

Quantity Ingredient
10 eaches Ancho peppers, pre-soaked
½ cup Cooking oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 can Tomato paste, 8oz.
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Soak the ancho peppers in warm water until soft, then grind them into a paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan, adding the chopped onion, the ground peppers, tomato paste and salt. Fry for about 1 minute.
