2 | Green chillies; chopped very finely | |

300 | grams | Frijoles Refritos; (re-fried beans) |

50 | grams | Cheddar cheese; grated (2oz) |
50 | grams | Cream cheese; (2oz) |
1 | 150 millilit single cream; (5 floz) |
Directions
Mix the tomatoes, coriander, onion, chillies, lime or lemon juice, salt and pepper together and set aside.
Heat the oil, add the re-fried beans and stir them for 2 minutes until they are bubbling. Remove from the heat and add the cheeses, stirring constantly until they melt.
Add the tomato mixture and single cream and serve at room temperature.
