Blanco bean dip

15 | ounces | White beans; canned, rinsed and drained |
1 | tablespoon | Lime or lemon juice |
1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
1 | teaspoon | Olive oil |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and chill for about 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. Makes about 1¼ cups.
