Galia melon in port (hl)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Port wine
2 tablespoons Honey
1 large Galia melon; peeled and cut in 1-inch chunks
1 Pomegranate

Directions

Warm wine and honey in microwave or over low heat on stove. Stir to mix.

Place melon in serving bowl. Pour wine mixture over. Chill. Cut pomegranate in quarters; carefully remove seeds. Scatter seeds over melon. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
