½ | Lemon, juice of | |
1 | Lime, juice of | |
1 | teaspoon | Tarragon |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
½ | teaspoon | Cumin |
¼ | cup | Freshly minced parsley |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
Salt | ||
Black pepper | ||
Cayenne (all above to taste) | ||
2 | cups | Freshly diced tomatoes |
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Optional: Pur=C7e all or some.
Chill until very cold.
