Gere-a-deli mango chutney (wash)

6 | Chicken breasts; skinned and baked OR poached | |
2 | cups | Mayonnaise |
2 | cups | Mango chutney** |
2 | tablespoons | Mild curry powder |
2 | Honey; up to 3t. | |
3 | cups | Broccoli flowerets*; blanched |
1 | large | Red bell pepper; julienned |
6 | cups | Cooked penne pasta; cooled |
Directions
* bite size brocoli flowerets
** preferably a commercial brand with large pieces of mango Cut chicken into strips and turn into a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, blend together mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and honey, mixing well. Add chicken with broccoli, red pepper and pasta. Gently combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours before serving.
