Gere-a-deli mango chutney (wash)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Chicken breasts; skinned and baked OR poached
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 cups Mango chutney**
2 tablespoons Mild curry powder
2 Honey; up to 3t.
3 cups Broccoli flowerets*; blanched
1 large Red bell pepper; julienned
6 cups Cooked penne pasta; cooled

Directions

* bite size brocoli flowerets

** preferably a commercial brand with large pieces of mango Cut chicken into strips and turn into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, blend together mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and honey, mixing well. Add chicken with broccoli, red pepper and pasta. Gently combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours before serving.
