Golden mushroom chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Vegetable cooking spray
4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup 2% lowfat milk
1 tablespoon French's Dijon mustard
2 cans (2.8 ounces each) Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions

Generously coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray, heat until hot. Cook chicken until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir until mushrooms are golden. Stir in soup, milk, mustard and ½ can French Fried Onions. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5-8 minutes or until chicken is done.
