Golden mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ pounds Mushrooms; sliced
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Slivered almonds; optional

Directions

Saute' the mushrooms in the butter for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add the bouillon and cook, stirring, until thickened. Stir in the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Add a few almonds if desired.

Makes about 1¼ cups.
