Golden chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
24 Skinless boneless chicken br
½ cup Pineapple juice
cup Honey
1⅓ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Heat over low heat about five minutes or until simmering. Do not boil. Remove sauce from heat and keep warm. Dip each chicken piece in sauce, then place in a pan coated with a non-stick spray. Bake at 325 degrees F 15 to 20 minutes or to an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees F. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken and serve.
