Grapenut custard pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Eggs
½ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 quart Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
6 tablespoons Grapenut cereal; (or more if you want)
Nutmeg

Directions

Beat eggs lightly; add sugar and salt then stir in milk. Add vanilla & nutmeg. Grease a 2 qt baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grapenuts.

Add custard mixture. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hr and 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Submitted by Suzy Lewis, lewises@...
