Grape-nuts raisin pudding

Ingredients

1 cup Water
ounce Grape-nuts cereal
1 tablespoon Plus
1 teaspoon Quick cooking tapioca
¼ teaspoon Maple extract
¼ cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
6 teaspoons Firmly packed brown sugar
Ground cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve warm Per serving: 3g protein, 0g fat, 38mg carb., 150mg sodium, 0mg chol., 213 calories.
