1 medium Onion -- cut into rings
1 each Celery ribs -- sliced
3 eaches Carrots -- cut into 2\"
Strips
1 teaspoon Salt -- optional
3 tablespoons Fresh savory
Or 3 tsp. dried savory
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Water

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-10 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon to a serving bowl.
