Supper medley

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
½ | cup | Green Pepper; chopped |
4 | ounces | Can Mushroom Stems and Pieces |
8 | ounces | Noodles |
1 | cup | Cheddar Cheese; shredded |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Pepper | ||
28 | ounces | Can Tomatoes; broken up |
Directions
Saute turkey in butter in a large skillet until lightly browned. Stir in onions, green pepper and mushrooms. Arrange dry noodles over mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and seasonings. Pour tomatoes over all.
Do not stir. Cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 hour.
