Ingredients

1 pounds Ground Turkey
2 tablespoons Butter
1 medium Onion; chopped
½ cup Green Pepper; chopped
4 ounces Can Mushroom Stems and Pieces
8 ounces Noodles
1 cup Cheddar Cheese; shredded
1 teaspoon Salt
Pepper
28 ounces Can Tomatoes; broken up

Directions

Saute turkey in butter in a large skillet until lightly browned. Stir in onions, green pepper and mushrooms. Arrange dry noodles over mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and seasonings. Pour tomatoes over all.

Do not stir. Cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 1 hour.
