Green chile cheese corn bread - butter busters ^

Ingredients

2 cups Self rising flour
¼ cup Sugar*
¼ cup Egg Beaters, beaten
1 cup Skim milk
½ cup Grated nonfat Cheddar Cheese
1 can (7oz) whole kernal corn, drained
¼ cup Liquid Butter Buds or Promise Ultra fatfree margarine
¼ cup Drained green chiles, chopped

Directions

*Or 2 tablespoons sugar and 1½ packets Sweet 'n Low Heat oven to 400F. Spray 9" square pan with Pam. Measure all ingredients in order listed in bowl; stir just until moistened. Batter should be lumpy.
