Cheese grits - butter busters^

Ingredients

4 | cups | Grits |
4 | quarts | Boiling water |
2 | pounds | Nonfat Cheddar cheese, grated |
1 | cup | Lliquid Butter Buds |
1½ | cup | Egg Beaters, beaten |
1 | each | Tb garlic powder |
1 | each | Tb Tabasco sauce |
2 | cans | (4oz) chopped green chiles, drained, optional |
Directions
Cook grits in boiling water 15-20 minutes. Add cheese, Butter Buds, Egg Beaters, garlic powder and Tabasco sauce. Stir in chopped green chiles if desired. Pour into a large glass casserole that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375F. for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Per serving: 67 ca;., 0.1g fat (2%), 2mg chol., 0g fiber, 7g pro., 9g carb., 213mg sod.
