Cheese grits - butter busters^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Grits
4 quarts Boiling water
2 pounds Nonfat Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Lliquid Butter Buds
cup Egg Beaters, beaten
1 each Tb garlic powder
1 each Tb Tabasco sauce
2 cans (4oz) chopped green chiles, drained, optional

Directions

Cook grits in boiling water 15-20 minutes. Add cheese, Butter Buds, Egg Beaters, garlic powder and Tabasco sauce. Stir in chopped green chiles if desired. Pour into a large glass casserole that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375F. for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Per serving: 67 ca;., 0.1g fat (2%), 2mg chol., 0g fiber, 7g pro., 9g carb., 213mg sod.
