Green onion salad dressing for cajun potato salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg + 1 egg yolk
1⅛ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Finely chopped green onions
tablespoon Creole or brown ustard
1 tablespoon White vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon White pepper

Directions

Blend the egg and egg yolk in food processor or blender until frothy, about 2 minutes. With the machine on, gradually add the oil in a thin stream.
