Green peppercorn ham spread

2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Smoked ham, minced
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup Ground walnuts
¼ cup Minced onions
½ cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 tablespoons Drained peppercorns*
1 tablespoon Minced parsley
½ teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
teaspoon Ground white pepper
Wheat crackers

Directions

Combine all ingredients except crackers until blended; refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend. Spoon mixture into serving bowl; serve with crackers. *Peppercorns are available in large supermarkets and specialty food shops. Spread can be made 3 days in advance; refrigerate covered.
