Herbed ham and cheese spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
½ pack (8-oz.) Healthy Choice fat- free cream cheese; softened
cup Finely chopped Healthy Choice deli-style ham
2 ounces (1 jar) Diced pimiento; drained
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Dried oregano
½ teaspoon Dried basil

Directions

Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill thoroughly.

Serve with melba toast rounds or fresh raw vegetables. Yield: 1 cup.
