Herbed ham and cheese spread

¾ | cup | 1% low-fat cottage cheese |
½ | pack | (8-oz.) Healthy Choice fat- free cream cheese; softened |
⅓ | cup | Finely chopped Healthy Choice deli-style ham |
2 | ounces | (1 jar) Diced pimiento; drained |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Grated Parmesan cheese |
½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
Directions
Place cottage cheese in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl; add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve with melba toast rounds or fresh raw vegetables. Yield: 1 cup.
