Green ravioli with walnuts and ricotta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Recipe for green pasta dough
2 pounds Ricotta cheese
¾ cup Chopped walnuts
8 larges Basil leaves
½ pounds Mozzarella cheese; grated
Salt; pepper, to taste
1 pinch Walnut

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients

2. Roll out dough very thin n⅗ in the machine 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white 4. Press to adhere.

5. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water Serve with tomato sauce
