Directions
Parboil asparagus for about 3 minutes. Prepare a vinagrette dressing or use a bottled dressing if you like. Pour over asparagus, refrigerate all for a few hours. Remove from refrigerator and drain dressing. Grill asparagus, turning to brown.
If you do not want to grill, I have also baked the asparagus in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Can be dressed with lemon butter before serving. Posted to TNT - Prodigy's Recipe Exchange Newsletter by "Laura J.
