Grilled leeks with orange-chive butter

1 Recipe Steamed Leeks
2 tablespoons Butter, softened
teaspoon Zest and
1 teaspoon Juice from 1 small orange
2 teaspoons Snipped chives
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

ORANGE-CHIVE BUTTER

1. Heat grill. Mix Orange-Chive Butter ingredients together in a small bowl; set aside.

2. Grill steamed leeks over hot coals until lightly browned on one side, about 2 minutes. Turn leeks with tongs and grill until lightly browned on other side, about 2 minutes longer.

3. Arrange leeks on plates, evenly distribute bits of butter over leeks and serve immediately.
