Grilled sourdough topped with texas onion butter

Quantity Ingredient
1 Stick butter; softened
¼ cup Chopped green onion tops
Minced garlic to taste
1 Loaf of fresh sourdough bread

Directions

1. Blend and refrigerate to set.

2. Slice sourdough bread approximately ½ inch thick and grill until grill marks appear.

3. Spread onion butter on grilled sourdough bread.
