Grilled tuna with green peppercorns - bon appetit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon Green peppercorns in brine, drained and chopped
2 7-oz tuna steaks
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Olive oil
Lemon wedges

Directions

Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Combine butter and peppercorns. Rub tuna with lemon juice. Brush with oil.

Place on grill. Cook to desired degree of doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium. Transfer to plates. Spread with peppercorn butter. Serve with lemon wedges.
