Halibut steaks

Ingredients

1poundsHalibut steaks; about 1-inch thick
cupLow-calorie Italian dressing
1tablespoonLemon juice
¼teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonPaprika

Directions

Place steaks in microwave dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning once.

Turn back one corner of plastic wrap for venting. Microwave on high power for 4-5 minutes, rotating dish ¼ turn after 2 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Yields 4 servings, 128 calories per serving.
