Ham and artichoke quiche

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pint Cream
4 Eggs; beaten
¼ pounds Swiss cheese or mozzarella; shredded
1 can Artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
1 Onion; minced
¼ pounds Mushrooms; chopped
1 Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

Directions

HAM OR SPINACH MAY BE ADDED

Beat eggs, add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Makes 2 regular quiches.
