Ham salad with cheddar dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Bite-size pieces salad green
cup Frozen green peas; thawed and drained
¾ pounds Fully cooked smoked ham; cut into 1/2 inch cubes (about 2 cups)
½ Cauliflower head; broken in to flowerets
½ small Red onion; thinly sliced
Cheddar Dressing
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded (4 ounces)
¼ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 ounces Cream cheese; softened
1 Garlic clove

Toss all ingredients except Cheddar Dressing. Serve with dressing and freshly ground pepper if desired. Cheddar Dressing: Place all ingredients in workbowl of food processor fitted with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process, stopping once to scrape down sides, until mixture is of uniform consistency, about 30 seconds.
