1 | tablespoon | Diced green bell pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Diced red onion |
2 | Lettuce leaves | |
2 | Croissants; sliced |
Directions
In bowl, combine Spam, pineapple, bell pepper and onion. Cover and chill mixture at least an hour.
Place lettuce on croissants. Top croissants with Spam mixture and serve.
