Chicken salad hawaiian

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Leftover cooked; or canned chicken, cubed
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sour cream
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Pineapple chunks; drained
½ cup Celery; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Green pepper; finely chopped
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Here is my favorite chicken salad. It is from the "One Pot Cookbook".

Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the chicken, pineapple, celery, and green pepper. Mix well.

Arrange on lettuce leaves on individual plates. Serves 6.
