Hearty beef'n potato casserole

4 cups Frozen tater tots
1 pounds Ground beef
1 pack (10oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can (2.8oz) Durkee french fried onions
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream celery soup
cup Milk
1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Here is a great recipe to use up the tator tots. I have been making this for years. I got this recipe off Durkee French Fried onions.

Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of 8 X 12 inch casserole. Bake uncovered,at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Brown beef; drain. Place beef,broccoli,½ can french fried onions in potato shell. Combine soup,milk, ½ cup cheese and seasonings; pour over beef mixture. Bake,at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake,uncovered 2 to 3 minutes longer.
