Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2½ pounds Ground beef
4 tablespoons Garlic powder
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons Nuoc mam
2 tablespoons Ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Onion flakes
2 Dried ground tabasco peppers

Directions

This is a quick and easy recipe for those days when it's just too hot to cook a long, involved meal. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Make patties, and grill over a hickory wood fire until done. Make sure your grill is in the shade
