8 ounces Pickled Herring; Drained
½ each Green Pepper; Seed And Dice
1 each Apple; Tart, Core And Dice
1 each Orange; Sectioned And Diced
2 teaspoons Onion; Grated
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Vinegar
4 eaches Lettuce Leaves; Cupped

Directions

Combine ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Serve on inner tightly cupped lettuce leaves.
